Pricing and payment

  • Plans are set up on the amount of storage you will require. Once you reach your allocated storage you can upgrade to the next licence level

  • Paying for Road Manager is with Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) although once you have signed up for the free trial you can go into the Account Administration and add your Pay Pal details as an alternative

  • The licencing is per user for all 3 pricing tiers. Paying users only need to be the users that draw or edit plans. There is a free user login for reviewing, viewing or implementing plans in live mode. If you are intending on having more than 10 paying users we can offer a corporate yearly rate for larger numbers of users.

  • Road Manager costs start at $70AUD or $50USD per user per month. There are no lock-in contracts. Refer to the detailed pricing plans.

  • AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD and USD.

  • Each plan on average is around 6000kb or 6MB dependant on how many objects you place on the map. The map is not counted in your storage limits.

  • Login to Road Manager. In the top right of the screen, click on the person icon and it will give you your used data figures and percentage used. If you have more than one user for the account it will add together all of the data.

  • When a user of Road Manager shares a plan with you, you will receive an email to setup a login and password. Once you have a login you can access your shared plans at anytime using those credentials.

Accounts

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION”

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, scroll down to your email adress and select the ‘change email/login’ button. You will be asked to add the new details and confirm.

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, select ‘My License’ and increase or decrease your Licensed Users number to your new preferrence. NOTE this will increase or decrease your bill by the amount of users you select. Then click on My Users and go ahead and add the new users details and user level. They will recieve an email to login to the account.

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, select ‘My Users’, click on the 3 dots and edit. Change the users access level or add new users details. NOTE that there has to always be one Administrator for the account.

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, select ‘External Users’. Then click on the plus button and go ahead and add the new external users email address and set their user level. They will recieve an email notifying them you have invited them into your account. They can access your acount by selecting the dropdown on the green screen next to the search bar.

  • Login to Road Manager. Select the setting icon in the top left of the page, click on Account Administration, select ‘Billing’. You can add Credit Card details or your PayPal details as the payment options.

  • Accounts can be deleted or placed into reviewer mode through the cancel subscription button in the Account Administration page. Accounts also go into the free reviewer mode if you do not pay your account. Data from your account will be saved for 3 months and deleted after that time if you do not reactivate your account. Notification emails will be sent during this time.

  • The administrator has full access to manage the account and can allocate multiple Admins for the one account. Administrators can add, edit and remove users with the edits coming into affect straight away. Admin users have full access to the program including the drawing and editing features.
